• Dev Notes: 2027 launch, mobile fixes, what's brewing

  A personal note from Jonny and Carter. We had to lay the foundation. The entire site got rebuilt, and it took longer than expected. The 2027 data layer is live, mobile drag-and-swipe is smooth, and the free-tier 3-board cap is clearly surfaced. Coming next: new NFL & NCAAF pages, better leaderboards, a fresh On The Clock interface, and a lot more.
